The ancient world was well acquainted with garlic for its inherent powers to defend, repair and maintain health. Besides benefiting the immune system, it's especially important for the circulatory system. High Potency Garlic features a special locked-in freshness coating that contains chlorophyll. Medicinal Ingredients: Each tablet contains Allium sativum (garlic) bulb 419 mg. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, broccoli flowers, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, cabbage leaf, carrot root, red beetroot, rosemary leaf, tomato fruit, turmeric root, citrus bioflavonoids [Citrus paradisi (grapefruit) fruit peel and Citrus reticulata (orange) fruit peel], hesperidin, hypromellose phthalate, shellac and chlorophyllin copper complex sodium.

Psyllium Hulls is a bulk laxative supplement. Psyllium is a mucilaginous herb, whose tiny flea-shaped seeds (greek psylla means flea) can swell up to 14 times their original size when soaked in water. Psyllium hulls, also called husks, are the outer coverings of psyllium seeds, containing the majority of the bulking mucilage — complex carbohydrates that expand, becoming gelatinous when soaked in water. Psyllium hulls act like a colon "broom," cleansing the intestines as it comes in contact with the walls of the intestines.
Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Plantago ovata (psyllium) husks 465 mg. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin.
Dosage (children 6-12 years): Take two capsules twice daily. (Adolescents and adults 13 years and above): Take two capsules three times daily. Take with 250 mL (8 oz.) of water. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days.
