In fact, the Lactobacillus genus is widely used in making cheese and yogurt. It creates bacteriocins, which help prevent food spoilage. Acidophilus was Nature’s Sunshine’s first probiotic supplement. It has been popular for nearly three decades!

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Lactobacillus rhamnosus (ATCC 7469) 2.8 billion cfu, Lactobacillus acidophilus (ATCC 4356) 800 million cfu and Bifidobacterium longum subsp. longum (ATCC 15707) 400 million cfu. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, maltodextrin and magnesium stearate.

Recommended Use:

Dosage (adults, adolescents and children 6 years of age and older): Take two capsules daily. If you are on antibiotics or antifungals, take at least 2-3 hours before or after.

Risk Information: If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain, consult a practitioner prior to use.
