Medicinal Ingredients: Each packet contains calcium (lactate) 100 mg; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg; magnesium (gluconate) 40 mg; niacinamide (vitamin B3) 20 mg; vitamin E (d-a-tocopheryl acetate) 18.2 mg AT; pantothenic acid (calcium-d-pantothenate, vitamin B5) 10 mg; zinc (oxide) 3.7 mg; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2.0 mg; riboflavin (vitamin B2) 1.7 mg; thiamine (mononitrate, vitamin B1) 1.5 mg; vitamin A (beta-carotene) 500 µg RAE (3300 IU); folate (folic acid) 200 µg; biotin 150 µg; vitamin K1 (pylloquinone) 30 µg; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10 µg (400 IU). Non-medicinal Ingredients: Beetroot red, sucralose, citric acid, D-tartaric acid, DL-malic acid, maltodextrin, silica, tangerine, orange, pineapple and lemon natural flavours.

Recommended Use:

Dosage (Adults): Take 1 packet (6g)once per day. Add contents of packet to 500mL of water, shake well until contents dissolve and drink.
