1. Move That Body!
Gym closed? You don't have to belong. 30 minutes walk every day will to prevent weight gain and encourage some weight loss.
2. Eat What's Good!
Reduce fat intake, cut down on sugar and opt for fruits and vegetables. Gran your smart phone. Do some research! Healthy food will help reduce cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar...
3. Stress Not!
Easy said? Not everything I want I get. Ihave to accept that there are things that I cannot control. Allow enough time to get things done. Set a time for relaxation. Do this and see what happens!
4. Improve sleep!
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, they interfere with sleep. Equip your bedroom with pillows. Sleep in a dark room. No screen time prior to bedtime. Read something instead.
5. Meditate (or Pray)
This has been linked to a variety of health benefits: changes (for the better) in metabolism, blood pressure, brain activation, etc.
6. Think Positive!
People who think positively have an optimistic view of life that affects their health and well-being.
