You Can Eat This Bread All You Want!

There's one caveat though, you cannot purchase it anywhere in the world, BUT you can easily buy the ingredients and bake it yourself. It's very easy, and the buns are so tasty! This recipe is so versatile and can be used in a number of ways. You can easily turn it into hot dogs buns, hamburger buns and even garlic bread.

The bread contains only 2 net carbs per bun (a similar bun of regular bread may contain about 20 grams of carbs!) So it's ideal for the low carbs lifestyle and even a keto diet!

  • 13 cup (1¾ oz.) ground psyllium husk powder ( you can buy this in a bulk store, but if you want to be fancy and get all the benefits of pharmaceutical grade psyllium - it's worth it - try this.
  • 1¼ cups (5 oz.) almond flour (again, visit your local bulk store)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds and/or any other seeds you like (optional)
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients, and combine well. Add boiling water, while beating with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Don't over mix the dough, the consistency should resemble Play-Doh
  3. Moisten hands with a little olive oil and shape dough into 6 separate rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet. Top with optional sesame seeds.
  4. Bake on lower rack in the oven for 50–60 minutes, depending on the size of your bread rolls. They're done when you hear a hollow sound when tapping the bottom of the bun.
  5. Serve with butter and toppings of your choice, such as guacamole!

And... it's totally, 100% gluten free! Bon Appetite.
