Quick Lemon Oil Recipe To Support Circulation

Lemon Essential Oil, this sharp, sweet oil, cold pressed from the rind, is stimulating, refreshing and clean. Like other citruses, it is believed to support nerves and emotions, increase general well-being and even sense of humour!

5 drops of lemon oil

3 drops of lavender oil

2 drops of ylang ylang
