Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains Zingiber officinale (ginger powder) rhizome 123 mg, Salvia officinalis (sage leaf powder) 82 mg, Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary leaf powder) 41 mg. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Rhodymenia palmata (dulse) and gelatin.
Dosage (adults): Take 2 capsules three times per day. For anti-nausea use, take a single dose 30 minutes before travel and, optionally, every 4 hours as necessary.

Iron with Vitamin C is vitamin, mineral and herbal combination designed to nutritionally support the body’s need for iron. Iron is part of hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying component of the blood.
