Nature’s Sunshine Essentials Liquid Minerals contains potassium along with other vital minerals in suspension. These minerals come from ancient plant deposits providing varying amounts of naturally-occurring minerals in addition to 41.25 mg of potassium and 15 mg of magnesium per serving. The macro and trace minerals in this suspension have the advantage of being readily available for assimilation into the body when ingested.
Medicinal Ingredients: Each tablespoon contains concentrated desalinated inland sea water 157 mg; potassium (citrate) 41.25 mg and magnesium (citrate) 15 mg. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, fulvic acid, citric acid, white peach flavour, DL-malic acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and Stevia rebaudiana leaf.
Dosage (adults): Take one tablespoon (15 mL) with a meal twice daily; may be mixed in water or juice.

Kelp, commonly known as seaweed, is botanically classified as algae. It is a source of vitamins and minerals, including essential trace minerals, and especially high in iodine, which must be present for proper functioning of the thyroid gland and metabolism. Kelp is a traditional food still enjoyed today and is an important source of the mineral iodine, especially for maritime cultures.
Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains iodine (from kelp leaf & stem, Laminaria digitata and Ascophyllum nodosum) 787.5 mcg. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
